Rebounders

I am thinking about buying a rebounder.  Can anyone provide feedback on these? Are they real exercise? I have osteoarthritis in the knees -- will they aggravate it? I also have sciatica -- will they aggravate that? What's the best brand? I read some reviews and it seems that the Reboundair is supposed to be better?  It's also really expensive.  And I can't find someplace in IL where I can try out one first. Any advice? Thanks, Deb

I have the Urban Rebounder. I only did it one or twice (have to love infomericals).  But when you do it properly, your heart rate does get going and it is a decent workout. I can't answer the other questions that you had - i don't have those symptoms.
