I'll start this post today.  I missed my morning stationary bike ride this morning.  I plan to go for a 30 minute/2-maile walk at lunch time.  After work it's off to the Y for about an hour of leg work and abs.  Then I'll do my running routine.  I'm starting a program to run a 5-K in the spring.  I'll do a 5 minute warmup and then 20 minutes of 60 second jogging and 90 second walking.  Followed up with a cool down.  I found a training plan on the Internet and it seems pretty good.  Get to do chest and tri's tomorrow.  That's my favorite workout.

I have been looking for an online training plan ... where did you find one? Your workout sounds awesome.  I struggle constantly with hitting stalls every 2 weeks so am looking to find some variation in my workout to help with that .... Thanks for the tips!!!

I'm planning to go rock climbing tonight!  Woo hoo!   I have a 10K race tomorrow so I don't want to bang up my knees too bad.  Hopefully I'll find some gracefulness and not beat myself up this time!  Haha! Deanna  :)
