Workout suggestions?? 11 weeks out

Hi everyone!! I am hoping to find some suggestions to "switch up" my exercise routine.  I seem to hit a stall just about every 2 weeks so I'm hoping some variation with help with that a little.  I do struggle with my protein intake so I know that is part of the problem.  Right now I typically do a 1 mile walk at home dvd with a tension belt (wrist/ankle weights too!) and do some small free weights.  I switch off between that and my treadmill and/or exercise bike. Today's workout was 1 mile with my dvd using the tension band and 5 miles on my exercise bike.

I would suggest getting ouotside for longer walks.  Stationary bikes don't burn that many calories although they do get your heart rate up which can burn more after your finished.  Walking is also a weight bearing, yours, exercise that can also increase muscle and help maintain bone density.  It's also good to bwe out in the fresh air.  Do whatever you can to increase your protein intake.
