Overhead squats??? Are they the ones done in the snach position?  I can't do the bar! Way to go!

Yep! They're good for power and flexiblity. I do lighter sets of 3 to 5 reps to warm up with. My new gym isn't set up to go heavy. You almost have to be able to drop the bar on heavy sets or you screw up your back or shoulders trying to get the weight back down to the floor. http://youtube.com/watch?v=amfnNu5e26Q

I didn't do much today, but I did get in the water.  About 500 yards in 15 minutes.  I was going to just sit in the hot tub after, but was a good girl and talked myself into doing a strength workout for 30 minutes. Linn

4.3 miles with 1 @ 7:24 and 1 @ 7:17  -- sort of speed work 8 pull ups - Cheating with hands backward 3 sets seated row with stack 3 sets single cable curl @ 50*8 3 sets barbell curl @115*8,7,3 4 core exercises 15 minutes of stretching

We had blue skies and 40 degrees in Central New York, so I had a nice leisurely 6 mile run to soak up the sunshine. Cassie
