Wednesday workout

Today was an awesome workout 33 min TM @ 11% grade @ 3.8 MPH = 2.1 miles 3 set leg press 360 for 12, 630 for 10, 810 for 7 Core work mule kick exercise Lots of sweat and heavy heart beats!

A little 3.25 mile run this morning (30 min on TM) thinking I'd have a spin class this afternoon.  As it turns out, I misread the schedule, so I did my own thing for 30 min on the spin bike. One of these days I'll get it together (maybe). Linn

2 mile run on treadmill and 1 hour body pump class!! The instructor always kick my ass!! I'm going to start taking more classes. I think it time to change my workouts. I've been doing the same thing for a long time. Well see what happens??

Finally recovered from Sunday, so went all out. I attended a one-hour spinning class, one-hour body pump class, and ran 2 1/2 miles in between the two classes. Rob

WOW!  I'm impressed...you guys are awesome!

I went to dance class for 2 hours.  Spent about 1.5 hour s actually dancing and stuff...
