No cardio today. Full upper body work out Hammer Strength Chest - 150 for 6 3 sets Pec Deck 135 for 8 3 sets Military Press 160 for 8 3 sets Another shoulder thing - Dumbells 40 lb at 8 3 sets Tricep extension 6 sets varying weight Rows - stack + 25 at 3 sets of 8 Lat pull downs 185 at 3 sets of 8 Cable curls 60 lb at 3 sets of 8 - single arm Cable curl double arm 3 sets of 8 at 120 lb I think that's it.

I like Hammer Strength machines. They just feel good compared to other machines I've used. Fri 2:40 to 3 pm @ home gym Circuit training, mainly calves, arms and abs 4 circuits, just felt like doing some arms today. Seated Calf Decline Leg raises and Decline situp twists DB Curls DB French Press DB Side Bends Grip work 8:30 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 30 min, up to level 8, up to 3.3 mph EZ walk Planned about 1 am @ work gym walk 20 mins on treadmill just to stay awake. Life's pretty hectic these days, but I managed a 30-minute run at 6.4 today.  Still trying to increase the speed a little bit. Linn
