Taught my regular 5:45am Spin Class. Great group of about 23 people, but my legs were trashed from last night's back to back adventures. As of next week I will be teaching 6 classes a week. So, about 120 miles during classes and my 80-110 mile rides on the weekend will give me the 200+ miles I need a week as I finish ramping up for Ironman in August!

Today I'm cutting the lawn when I get home....

Last night I ran 4 miles....and almost stepped on a snake (okay...yes, it was a garter snake....BUT IT WAS STILL A SNAKE!!)  Well I got so spooked by it I jacked up all my torso muscles in my spastic fit and twists and flailing attemps to get away from said snake.....luckily some walking and hydrating made the muscles relax and today I'm good as new!

Yeah...I'm really proud of my performance....especially since a walker was headed toward me right when it happened..........

I'll bet the snake died of a heart attack.

YIKES!! I hope I never accidentally step on a snake, but the only place I could ever fathom running into one is the Mt. Hollywood trail in Griffith Park.

Since I jumped in here I guess I need to post something about exercise. I'm rebounding for an hour to some of my favorite tunes. I have Doctors clearance my intestines should not come unhinged :)
