Well, it is Tuesday here anyway....:)
Not much "real" exercise, but we did swim out to the reef against the tide and than swam back...not sure how far, but I was tired when we were done....I was rewarded with lots of beautiful fish and coral once we got close to the drop off...

Hope everyone had a great 4th!!!

18.6 on the bike, limited work on the arms.  Back to my 100 pushups a day routine.  Seems to eb the best to build upper body strength.

Oh, and I hit my OpGoal weight today.  Next goal in 18lbs, technially I'll be "half the man I used to be".

13 miles -- first ride in about 3 months.  Felt great and the flat was easy to fix .  2 months to get ready for my 1/2 ironman, bring it on!!!

Bill, doing Muskoka again. It's September 11--which works great considering I was sidelined for probably 2 months this spring. It's a GREAT race, beautiful part of northern Ontario (about 2 hours north of Toronto). One thing I remember vividly--it's hilly!
