    back at it this week....

    4 miles on the TM (1.0% incline, negative splits), 33 min, felt good today
    60 min weights (chest/tri)
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

    right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

    Tried to run 6 miles but the ol' knee disagreed. Ran 4.5 and walked the last half for a total of 5 miles. So bummed since I otherwise felt strong, pace was ever better than expected. Stupid knee!

        No longer about weight , it's all about living.            
    First time running in the rain.
    Not a big fan of it.  At least it wasn't 100 degrees out and I wasn't running face first into the sun.

    2 miles easy pace just trying to loosen up the sore legs.

    3.5 mile run in the rain (light drizzle) after work with my hubby.

    Tue is back day, plus I use the treadmill.  What I do though is I don't stand around and wait 1- 3 min then do another set.  My rest for 1 to 3 min is ON the treadmill keeping my heart rate constant for the whole time.
