     2000m swim 54:22
    2 mile run 21:58

leg cramped on the last few laps of the swim. Took my time changing out for the run but started off with a cramp stretched it out and then it came back at mile 2 so I ended it.  Yes I did learn something with this last injury.

    Have a great weekend!
