     Week 4 day 2 of C25K.  2.4 miles in 32 minutes.  And today the run felt effortless.(yeah I know it was only for 5 minutes at a time)  NEVER felt like that before!  Awesome start way to start my night shift!

    1hr with PT
    warmup 5min Elliptical level 3
    3 stations, 5 sets, 10 reps - thrusters 45lb bar, star jumps (hate these!), situps
    then 10 minutes on elliptical - 30sec 120rpm, 30 sec over 145rpm

    then 3 stations, 5 sets, 10 reps
    - 70lb squats, pushups, jump pull ups

    2min jump rope to finish (I haven't jump roped since 3rd grade - the PT wasn't even a spark in her daddy's eye then!!)
