Post Date: 2/9/12 4:33 pm So I am a pretty regular at working out. About 8 weeks or maybe a little more I joined crossfit, and absolutely love it. Prior to it I mostly did cardio...here is my question, although in the best shape of my life I want to shed this last 15 pounds of baby weight ( mind you my daughter is two come April). Have any of you had much weight shedding? I am eating proper, so thinking this might get those pounds off. Trying to be patient but scale hasn't moved one pound yet. Any thought would be great....
