Life's been a bit crazy and I haven't been posting to the workout threads in a while. I'm 11 weeks into prepping for the Lake Placid Ironman using the Endurance Nation Outseason Plan.

Today's workout was a brick:

90 minute bike:
MS1: 2 x 12' (4') Zone 4 Hard
MS2: 2 x 4' (4') Zone 4 Hard
MS3: 2 x 12' (2') Zone 3 Moderately Hard

20 minute run at 10:00 pace.

5K and had a new PR.  That was great, but I was a bit disappointed because I ran about 75% of the race and only took 6 minutes off of a already slow time.
Next one in a month then 10K training. for May.
