Keeping the bits and things where they belong when running

Sooooo .. I just started the C25K at the local running company, and my physical therapist added jumping to my leg strengthening exercises, and now I feel every bit of extra skin on my body.

What do people wear to keep things from moving?  I got a fairly hardcore sports bra thanks to someone else's post from Lane Bryant, and I saw some notes about compression tights that I'll need to research.  Anything else I should be looking for?  I don't necessarily want skin tight clothes showing off all my lumps and bumps .. but I also don't want things flapping :)

I've still got another 25-50 pounds to go, so I know it's going to get worse before it gets better, but this girl signed up for a 5K in six weeks, and a 1/2 marathon at the end of the summer, so I've got some training to do!

Thanks in advance!

Since it is starting to get warm outside, try compression running shorts (they will be tight) and some regular running shorts over them, this way you won't be showing stuff off that you don't want to show off.

I wear UnderArmour compression stuff. It's not as pricy as some of it's competitors and it works great.

i wear underarmour compression tank top (2 sizes smaller than my t-shirt size) and compression shorts (1 size smaller than my shorts size) underneath my normal running/workout clothes.  does the trick for me!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Compression gear!!!

And the WalMart and Target brands seem to work just as good as the U.A. brand at a fraction of the cost.
