HELP!!!!

i'VE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS DOING INTENSE CARDIO AT THE GYM. I HAVE HIT SOME SORT OF PLATEAU THAT WILL NOT BUDGE. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I CAN DO TO SEE THE WEIGHTLOSS START AGAIN.

There are several things.  Are you consuming enough calories/protein?  Are you "mixing up" your workouts?

If you do the same thing over and over the body adapts pretty quickly.  You should have a well rounded, ever changing workout plan to keep the body confused....mix cardio, weight training, yoga-just keep changing it up.

How close are you to goal?

 you may also need to eat a little more.  sometimes when you work out hard and don't increase calories, your body goes back to starvation mode - so you might want to kick up your intake just a little.
