    I had a sucky running day yesterday so I wanted a do-over of sorts today. I used MapMyRun for the first time.

    This is really super slow considering I can run a 12 minute mile on the treadmill (which obviously isn't fast by any means but still, faster) but I'm transitioning to outside running. My mom, sister and I are all post-RNY and are running our first 5k together on June 23. I think I'm on track to transition to outside and improve time-wise over the next few months.

    Went to the track earlier and jogged (very slowly) my first mile in two years. Wahoo! In total jogged 9 laps and walked 3-4 laps. Slowly getting there!

        No longer about weight , it's all about living.            
    Ran 2 miles on the treadmill. Did legs in the weight room- increased to 225 lbs on the vertical leg press, so I am happy about that.

    About to chase two kids through the park. :)

    1650 meter swim, 65 minutes of intervals on the bike trainer

    30 minute walk outside, 60 minutes aerobic dance.
                                
    1hr with the PT including:
    3 min elliptical warm up
    7 stations, 50 seconds work w/ 10 sec transition
    45lb thrusters, 20lb preacher curls, plank pulls, 30lb dumb bell swings, lunges w/ 5lb lateral raises, captain's chair, lateral step ups w/ reaches
     60 minutes on the stair climber... 350 floors, 7.1 miles or so.   Did a 1 mile slow run afterward.  


    6 Mile run in 1:05. Felt really good, nice slow pace, and I actually felt like I had not run afterwards. SO I went and played tennis for another hour and a half.

    I love training.

     Ran a 5k outside and set a new PR :)  Im overdo for a rest day now, but I just couldn't resist taking advantage of the sun.

     1 mile walk on break at work.
    Took advantage of the nice weather and sunlight and did some gardening tonight-carried big pots from the front yard to the back, trimmed bushes with the clippers over my head, trimmed other things using a ladder, squats pulling weeds, up and down picking up the trimmings. After an hour and a half I was out of breath and sweaty. Think I might even be sore tomorrow. Hurray !
