    TGIF Workouts!

     Made the mistake of asking my trainer questions about aerobic vs anaerobic exercise, etc. 
    She had me put on the HRM that syncs to our machines and had me do 20 minutes of sprint intervals on the elliptical.  I get it now lol

    Trainer:
    Elliptical 20minutes - w/ heart rate monitor; .71 miles;  45sec sprint, 15 sec recovery a couple of times, 30 sec fast 10sec recovery a few, 2 min fast 15 sec recovery, sprints / etc etc

    21, 15, 9 reps
    45lb dip press , 35lb sumo squat high pull, jump pull ups, decline sit ups (declined all the way!!)

    I did a 30 minute walk on my lunch hour.

    I'm also going to the gym tonight for strength training after work.
    1050 meter swim followed by a 5 mile run

    on friday i did 60 min of spin plus 60 min of strength training.
