    60 minute Spin class (Hills) with a good warmup
    45 minutes weights back and shoulders.

    Hit the lunch time spin class with the group from my office another hills session.

    I'm resting today... did some soccer drills yesterday for the first time and my shins are feeling funky. I think it's a good pain - just a new activity. Getting ready for my soccer team debut in a few weeks!
