Trainer workout. I sucked. Again.
5 stations, 12,10,8 reps...
chest press - 45, 55,60lb
reverse lunge w/ straight leg kick
push-up row 10lb
walking lunges w/ med ball twist (12lb)
reverse pull ups - jump up and slowly lower down
Then the PLAN was for me to do 8min at 5.5 on the TM. I did about 2 min and almost fell over I was so winded. I stopped, rested, caught my breath - recovered from some slight dizziness. Went another minute or 2, lowered to 5.0 and then stopped again. Dizzy and out of breath again. I finally pushed out the last 2 at 5.0. Furious with myself. F.U.R.I.O.U.S
Trainer talked me down for a minute while I walked, then asked me to try 5.5 for 2 min. I did it.
I suck.
Showered and got ready for work, then she asked me to do the pushup competition. I did it, but in the modified category. 56 in 1 minute. Beat the current 1st place by 1.. but 2 hours left in the challenge.
