    Tuesday workouts

    finally got back in the pool, man was i sluggish.

    20 min in the pool, 60 min of strength training, followed by a 60 min spin class
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

    right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

    Done before work:

    30 min. on the elliptical @ 7mph w/ resistance intervals.

    3 sets tricep dips @ 60, 50, and 40 reps respectively.

    Scheduled after work:

    Crunches, leg lifts, body weight squats, jump squats, and dumbbell lunges. Laying off arm exercises for the evening. I deadlifted 97% of my body weight last night and am going for that final 5 lbs. tomorrow!!!

     4 miles, 13 min/mile pace.  Later I'm going to do my upper body routine.

    Trainer workout. I sucked. Again.

    5 stations, 12,10,8 reps...

    chest press - 45, 55,60lb
    reverse lunge w/ straight leg kick
    push-up row 10lb
    walking lunges w/ med ball twist (12lb)
    reverse pull ups - jump up and slowly lower down

    Then the PLAN was for me to do 8min at 5.5 on the TM. I did about 2 min and almost fell over I was so winded. I stopped, rested, caught my breath - recovered from some slight dizziness. Went another minute or 2, lowered to 5.0 and then stopped again. Dizzy and out of breath again. I finally pushed out the last 2 at 5.0. Furious with myself. F.U.R.I.O.U.S
    Trainer talked me down for a minute while I walked, then asked me to try 5.5 for 2 min. I did it.
    I suck.

    Showered and got ready for work, then she asked me to do the pushup competition. I did it, but in the modified category. 56 in 1 minute. Beat the current 1st place by 1.. but 2 hours left in the challenge.

    80 mins elliptical.
                                
    1300 meter swim this morning, 60 minutes of intervals on the bike trainer in the early evening

     60 minutes of P90x (Disc 1, Chest/Shoulders/Back) and about 15 minutes of Ab RipperX

    Then 60 minutes of Krav Maga at lunch time!
             

    I Swam 1250M then taught 2 x 1 Hour Spin Classes. I also did 1 seated sit-down and 1 standing stand-up...

    Rode my bike to the flea market (massage)...2 miles total.  Rode to the coffee shop...5 miles total.  Rode to the Dollar Store...Another 2 miles.  9 miles throughout the day...  I was going to ride to the dentist that day, but didn't want to smell bad in the chair!!
