Ok, looks like this needs to get kicked off!!
Did P90x this morning for an hour, Arms & Shoulders
then AbRipperX for 15 minutes
Then Krav Maga for an hour on my lunch break...
Also committed to go to the gym with the wife tonight, I am itching for a run, I have not run any at all this week since I started P90.
That should put me at working out THREE hours today!? What is this, the biggest loser? :)
