    Thursday Workouts!

     Ok, looks like this needs to get kicked off!!

    Did P90x this morning for an hour, Arms & Shoulders
    then AbRipperX for 15 minutes

    Then Krav Maga for an hour on my lunch break...

    Also committed to go to the gym with the wife tonight, I am itching for a run, I have not run any at all this week since I started P90.

    That should put me at working out THREE hours today!?  What is this, the biggest loser?  :)

    Started off the morning with a 2.4 mile Swim (4000 Meters) 1:10:39 http://connect.garmin.com/activity/188915699

    Then taught my 5:45am SPIN Class 1:00:00

    Then Swam 300 Meters to round out the Morning (4:49) - I was trashed after Spin

    EDIT: I also went back to the gym and did a smooth 3.5 miles on the treadmill in 30:00 flat...

     EPIC FAIL!!!!

    2.5 miles into a 14 mile ride my buddy busts his chain so we got a 2.5 mile ride and a 2.5 mile walk.  Then a bit of core work.

    Made the hubby pick the kids up from daycare so I could try a class at the gym...Spin/Step Body Sculpt. Brutal but fun! Ran a mile on the treadmill first because I got there 15 minutes early.

     took a friend out for his first ride, only about 11 miles, but one of the most fun workouts I've done :)
