    Tuesday Workouts!!!

     After 4 days of nothing, got up and ran 4 miles this morning.  Felt great! What are you doing today???

    Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 1 Sprint Triathlon    First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

     P90x this morning for an hour (Pylometrics!)

    Then Krav Maga for an hour on my lunch break.  My Quads are talking to me!!  :)


             
    got in 60 min of strength training followed by a 4 mile run on the treadmill  (decent negative split run, felt good so pulled some speed work for the last half mile)
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

    Burned off some stress from a hectic day at work and a very demanding daughter on the last day of school. I altered my course as a result of the heavy traffic crossing the main drag in town, all in all I got it done.
          
    Rode the bike to get a massage and fruit (what can I say...It's Tuesday...Flea Market Day)!!  Rode to pay some bills (I avoided 3 stamps) and to the coffee shop.  About 7 miles total.
    Ran 1.75 miles..  Feels good to be back in the groove...
     Biked 6.3 miles, without my daughter.  SOOOO much easier.

     I'm 4 weeks post op so I'm getting back into working out I'm going to Zumba tonite!

                    

                    
    Due to the weather I stayed in today. I did 30 mins of aerobics on dvd, going to try to do another 30 minute dvd this evening. Boy is it hot outside in Philly today!!
