Feeling pretty down on myself, had a "poor me" , stinking thinking kind of attitude going to the gym..... but I knew better than to tell my trainer "I can't" because she would probably double everything!
So I sucked it up and DID IT
trainer -
jogging warm up about 3-4min at 1.5% incline
no idea on time / speed / incline - but hills for a mile up as high as 11% speed 5.5, low as 4% w/ 3.5mph
Ladder - 30,20,10
- squat, med ball toss (12lb)
- plank punches
- squat w/ cable twist (12.5lbs)
- alternating row w/ dumb bells (15lbs)
- forward / reverse frog jumps
