    TGIF workouts :)

    did a 60 min spin class followed by a 5K brick on the treadmill.  sprint tri a week from tomorrow, not sure how i'm going to pull it off as i am flying to london on Sunday, and i've been in the pool twice in the last 3 months :)
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

     I dont know!  Now that I know what's wrong with my foot I'm at a little bit of a loss until I get new shoes and orthotics.  May just tough through it and do the 60 min. elliptical anyway since doc said I can't make it worse.

    30 mins of tae bo and 1 hour dance aerobics, lower body strengthening.
                                
    Nothing formal today... but I spent a little over 6hrs at the water park with my nephews riding slides! LOTS of stairs, tons of fun!
