    Sunday Workouts

Well.... today was the 2nd Sunday of the Tri training group.  Tropical Storm Debby kind of messed things up for the swim... our Gulf is normally pretty good-natured, not today!

So we did a 10.2 mile bike ride with 20mph headwinds for the first 5.1 miles, it was much more enjoyable on the way back!
There was an optional one mile run and I was too self conscious about people having to wait on me, so I came home and swam 100yds, biked another mile, then ran a mile.

Nada, decided to rest after the 5k yesterday. Tomorrow is a running day but it's supposed to rain so guess it's a dreadmill day...I'm going to try to do 4 miles. I've done it on pavement but never on the treadmill.

The Tri training sounds like it's going well!

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

An hour on the elliptical at the hotel.  Then walked who knows how many miles in and around the boardwalk at Atlantic City.
