    Thursday Workouts!

    I'm keeping my activity indoors right now-we are hitting temps over 100 each day.

    Still doing boot camp.  Still alive to talk about it.

    This boot camp kicks P90X's ass.

                 
         
     Almost 9 miles biking, swimming later (probably just 15 min.), then riding my horse for 45 min.

    Recovery day -- just walking .75m 2x. Now that Debbie has passed, it's nice to get outside again.

    I did hard intervals on the treadmill and a full upper-body workout last night with my trainer.  It was one of those days when I felt like a warrior when I left the gym. Awesome!

    some health concerns kicking up. I'll have to get with my doc if it continues.
     I did week 2 day 1 of the couch to 5k!  Outside in the 8:30 pm evening heat and humidity of Oklahoma :-)
