I can't believe I just got swim tips from Olympic Silver medalist Beth Barr. Good stuff.
Tri training this morning focused on open water swim since we had to miss swimming last week due to TS Debbie 4 stations:
Buoy sighting - 70 yrd out, 70 back 2 times
Distance swimming - 125yd "lap", 2x
Strategy / technique - lecture
Beach entry exit - same 70yd course 2x
