     Got in a 6 mile hike this morning - kind of so-so. My legs were pretty sore so I decided to take it easy. But if 6 miles is taking it easy, I love my life :)

    Tri training this morning
    - swim in the choppy gulf, not sure how far, I did 3 rounds of the course and it took about 15 minutes
    - bike 14 miles (on my heavy, warp wheeled / low tire pressured hybrid.... have mercy I was busting my tail and those other folks were zipping by me!!)
     I'm doing couch to 5k and this evening I'm repeating week 3 Day 1.  Not because I had trouble with it the first time, but because I'm stretching my 8 week program to be 12 weeks :-)

    Week 3 Day 1 is:  5 min warm-up, then do this twice - jog 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, jog 3 minutes, walk 2 minutes.  Followed by 5 minute cool down then stretching.

     6 mile run, pushing my daughter in a stroller.  OMG that is hard work.  I ran it at around at 14 min/mile pace and I thought I was going to die.  That's around 1.5 min. slower than normal but I'm blaming my daughter.
