    60 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes tae bo, 10 minutes dance aerobics.
                                
     90 minute spin class!  good for bout 30 miles.  Best part is my 10 year old son rocked the class with me!  HELL YEAH!

    Ran 3.25 miles with hills and on gravel. Ran it faster tonight than last night., was a little easier

     Did one hour of Krav Maga, trainer was pretty tough on the class too so a good sopping wet workout!
             
    Swam 2000M in 35 minutes.
