    Tried something different today-ran stairs at work. Ran three flights up, ran down a hallway then ran three flights down on the other stair case. Did this for 15 minutes. Not real long but a start.

    Then later went for a 3 mile walk. Decided to pick up trash during it. Picked up two large garbage bags full. Most of it came from one area that someone dumped a garbage bag full then and animal or something tore it apart. Been running by it for 3 days and couldn't take i anymore. Did I mention that I hate people that litter!.

    Besides the tra**** was a beautiful night, saw lots of deer and wild turkeys. Legs are sore tonight.
