    FRIDAY WORKOUTS ...C'MON EVERYONE!

    I went from my home to the State Lakes, around the lakes, got lost once, and back from the State Lakes to home.  1 hour 47 minutes on my bike!!!!!!!!!!

    When you're a teenager, it seems like freedom is a car.  Now that I'm older, freedom is a bike. 

    I'm loving this!!  (after having been so disappointed and scared the first day!)

     Disaster of a 7 mile run that ended up being 5 with someone having to drive and pick me up!

    Hope you're okay--did something happen or did your body just give out? 
    Stupidity on my part. Do to a dryer eating my running socks I tried to run with no socks. my feet are now covered in blisters and I'm hobbling around like a 90 year old. Thanks for asking.

    bummer about your feet.  that the exact reason i CANNOT run without socks...

    right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

    Because of an injury, the only shoe I can run it are Zoots, bonus is they can be worn sockless. Sorry this happened to you, it does hurt

    Hope they heal fast.  Maybe there is some special runner's cream that can heal them faster??
    4 mile run on the treadmill followed by 60 min of strength training...
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

    trainer
    - warm up on treadmill 3min at 3.5, then one minute at 5.5
    4 stations -
    burpees
    split squats with 10lb dumb bells
    jump pull ups
    45lb clear and press
    Then another minute of sprint (6.0,6.5,7, 7.5!)
    Repeat stations after each set of sprints
    30 minutes cycling, 30 minutes treadmill.
                                
    nailed a 5 mile route from door to door of my house- 49:32
          
     30 minutes of strength training. Yes, you heard it here. I have started to add weight lifting to my weekly exercise. I need to bulk up my chest a bit. My wife says I am tiny. After that did stair climber for 20 minutes.
