    WEDNESDAY WORKOUTS

    47 minutes on bike.  Why am I stuck on '7's"?  It seems like it's 47 minutes, 1 hour 47 minutes, 47 minutes...oh well! 
     35 min. horse ride, I went at 0800 hoping to beat the heat and I didn't.  I lost almost 3lbs in water weight for those 35min!

    1 hour treadmill, 1 hour elliptical trainer.
                                
    6.2 mile brutal trail run. Heat index 105, unrelenting hills, but an awesome time and my wife even got to join us this evening which was an awesome treat!

    Unplanned rest.. Well no organized exercise just a hour of yard work. Raking pulling weeds... Sounds more and more like arms and squats.
