    Tobada - 20 sec sprint, 10sec rest, 20 rounds! (some at 6.0, 6.5,7.0, 7.5 and 8.0!)

    Tobada - 20sec work, 10 sec rest; 8 rounds then next station
    suicide jumps (burpees without the pushups)

    box jumps 12" box (managed multiple jumps several times - up to 5 in a row!!)

    I did the "smells of old socks" gym at work at lunch, but was totally motivated on the elliptical. And cranked out some intervals and a good sweat fest for 45 minutes. Then on to upper body weights! I love getting stronger and watching my shoulder definition starting to evolve. Good workout today...felt awesome.

     Worked my crazy 4yr old gelding.  He's nuts, almost got thrown, only rode for 45 min. but we were both covered in sweat.

    Did a little of all 3 today, this afternoon did a 40 minute interval session on the bike trainer. After dinner did a 1300 meter swim followed by a 3.1 mile run on the treadmill

    Sorry, delayed in updating.

    Friday night I did a 5K race. Was hoping that I could cut my time down from last 5K, but as it turns out I did it in the exact same time, without even looking at my watch to know. Race completed in 25:48.

    A far cry from my first 5k May of 2011, which was 48 minutes.
