    Trainer workout
    5min warmup on TM @ 1.5%,  3.5
    Then tobada sprints  (24 total)  from 5.5 to 8.5~

    Then 3 strength stations, 10 reps, 4 rounds
    - dumb bell pushup w/ 1 arm row 15lbs
    - sumo squat high pull 45lbs
    - box jumps  I DID THE 18" BOX!!! WOOOT!!!

     90 minute spin doing AT intervals.  I got to class way early because bikes fill up as much as 30 minutes prior to start time so I got in so,e extra time making it a 2 hour 20 minute spin was freaking awesome and I can honestly say after the last set I had 0 more to give.
