     I got up early and went for a 3 mile run in the desert! Not my fastest but ...got it done and then spent a solid 20 minutes stretching. 

    Probably kickboxing tonight.

    I will run my 4 mile path this afternoon when I get home. 

                 
         

    This morning I went out walking and jogging. I am doing the couch to 5k and I would walk for about 3 minutes and jog for about 3 minutes. It felt so good to be outside in the frsh air that Ikept on going and going. lol

    Decided to drive my route and it is exactly 6 miles from my driveway and back home again!

    Can't wait to do it again in the morning, but a bit earlier, before the sun gets too hot.

    I am off my normal schedule so unable to train in individual sessions with my trainer this week. Yesterday I went to her "Spinnerval" class and today I went to "Body Shop" - total body strength training - pushups, crunches, squats, lunges, plank, bridge pose, bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc

    Pretty good stuff
     Yeah I so hit the spin class tonight and left it all there.  I had ZERO left to give and ended up just sitting on the floor trying to recover for a good 5 minutes.

    Class was 90 minutes but is UBER popular, bikes start filling up at 5:30 and class starts at 6:30.  I got on my ike at 6 and put in a solid warm up, so I manages a good 2 hours.

    Aren't you afraid of mountain lions? I am from the midwest and we do not have any deserts around here. We do have a lot of pollution and humidity though. Great workout! Best, Sharon

      

     

        

        
     I'm more afraid of the coyotes I've seen and the gangs around here. Being on the mountain lions :)

    2 mile walk and free weights. Those weights are killing me, but it is a good pain. Sharon
