    supposed to be a rest day, but rode 6.28 miles on my new bike trying to figure out the gears. Ok with the gears on the right, the left ones I can't get to work - don't know if it is the gear shifter or operator error.
    First time attending strength and stretching class in the morning, then weight training followed by swimming laps in the evening.
     Boxing/conditioning class (basically a circuit of boxing drills/squats/jumping jacks/burpees/pushups/lunges)

    Half hour of stretching/core work.

    HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 202    85 lbs lost pre-op / 133 since surgery (lowest weight post op: 188)

     3 mile run...my first in 2 weeks.  Knee and ankle feel great!!! :-)

    Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 1 Sprint Triathlon    First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!
