     Walking for 30 min, ran a mile at 10:16.... and possibly more running and/or walking later on today!

    Boot camp at 5:30!
                 
         
    5:30 am session with Mr. Foam Roller and some goooood stretching. Was hoping my muscle aches would ease up today but nope...still sore. Probably a rest day.

    HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 202    85 lbs lost pre-op / 133 since surgery (lowest weight post op: 188)

    Spinnerval class
    Spin for warm up
    1 min spin, then 1 min station, 1 min spin, etc (2 rounds), 3rd round 1.5 minute each

    sprint, bicycle kicks, 4 count jumps, reverse lunges, hill sprint, pushup/sideplank, hover, plank tilt, aero, 24lb dead lift row
    30 minutes strength training with personal trainer (legs) 20 minutes on elliptical. Ran 10 minute mile. Finished with ab workout.
                
    swim-run brick tonight.  did 1200 meters in the pool followed by a 5K run on the treadmill.
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

    1300 meter swim followed by a 3.1 mile run

    Walked 5 miles today.
    Ran 2.3 miles in 18:26 before Spin and then taught my 5pm SPIN Class... BRUTALITY!!!
