1hr workout with the trainer
20 second sprint intervals on the elliptical with varying light resistance (4,5,6) and keeping speed over 200. 10 sec rest then repeat - 15 rounds. I think that comes to like 12 minutes?
Then strength stations: 12 reps, 3 rounds
70lb lat pull down
15lb incline fly
5lb some kind of shoulder adductor - arm at 90* from abdomen, rotate arm to sticking out from side to in front of abd, elbow stays at the side
then cardio... I can't even remember them all it went so fast paced
- 3 minute jump rope, mountain climbers, pushups, football sprints (in place), reverse lunges, suicide jumps (burpee without the pushup), jumping jacks, star jumps, burpees; repeat
I was a sweaty, exhausted, wore out happy mess!
