    Tuesday workouts

    an hour of strength training followed by an hour on the bike... man.  i'm still sore from Saturday.  That makes me offiically old.  :)
    Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

    right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

    I am going to run tonight when I get home.  My arthritis is really aggravated from Boot Camp last night so the running will kill me or cure me.....stay tuned.......

    May need an injection in the knee again............
                 
         
     3.5 mile run aka repeat of the zombie shuffle. The conditioning on Monday nights is killing my runs the next day...ugghh

    HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 202    85 lbs lost pre-op / 133 since surgery (lowest weight post op: 188)

    Went to the pool when it opened and did a 1600 meter swim, came home and did an hour of intervals on the bike trainer

    workout with the trainer and I did a 10 minute mile AND sprinted a mile!! (20sec sprint, 10sec recovery)
    Then I did:
    3 stations, 30sec each station, 6 rounds
    - 65lb push press, wide pushups, jump pullups

    Poke me with a fork I am done!

    Well, until this evening when I swim.
     4.5 mile run, long line horse for 45 min.

    I am tired of the rain! No pool again for me. Biked an hour inside for the second day in a row.
