After taking the last week off, I managed a 5 mi run this morning. My hip flexor still objects but ohh well.

Afternoon! Sorry to hear about the hip flexor, hopefully it's on the mend!

I'm sore from CrossFit yesterday but decided to do an easy 2 mile run. When I finished I did 50 sit-ups on the stability ball and held a plank position 5x30seconds. I have absolutely no core muscles/upper body strength and need to fix that...I'd love to be able to do a real pushup some day.
