Help me to prioritize.

Hi All,

I am hitting gym for last 3 months but just could lose 3 pounds till date.

My brother uses organic juices from Alive Juices. He reduced 6 pounds in last 1.5 months.

Some other friend in my circle recommends surgery. 

I am really confused about what to do and what not to do. 

Can somebody please help me?

What not to do is to listen to what works for someone else.... Whether it's thru diet & exercise or surgery or whatever, no one can tell you what's gonna work for you. Only you can discover that. Whatever you chose, the key is to stick with it!

Weight loss happens in the kitchen not the gym.  The gym is great, but you should probably evaluate what you are eating.

You should have an active and healthy lifestyle. Proper diet can help you but it is better if you go to the gym or do some exercises. Biking is one of my favorite exercises. I spend about an hour biking around the park and I lose 2lbs per week. It is very effective if you want to lose weight easily.
