Monday: Gym, 1 mile run, 30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the stairmaster

Tuesday: Gym, 30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the bike

Wednesday: 3 mile walk with a friend

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Gym, 10 minutes on the stairmaster then legs
