Happy Labor Day all!

Monday - usually a rest day but ran 7mi trail with some friends

Tuesday - 4.76 mi run with a friend, then some pool time, then 5.15mi trail run

Wednesday - marathon group speedwork (which I decided against doing real speedwork and instead just trotted around the track for 8 miles at 10:30pace. Overtraining is a real thing!)

Thursday - rest day (alleluia!)

Friday - planned to do 8, instead quit after 4mi - GI issues & feet/ankles still swelling

W: zumba class, water aerobics
Th: running inside, yoga at home, bhangra dance class, (choir)
F: tai chi class, pilates class
