Anyone find any simple exercise, that is not hard on people with fibromyalgia.

Hello and great question. Certainly you have to choose an exercise program which is easy on your muscles, ligament, tendons and joints. There are few exercise programs which provide that type of comfort and are effective also with helping reach your fitness goals. Consider starting with chair exercising DVDs to test it out. You can always advance to a more challenging exercise program if you feel the need to.There is chair boxing, chair zumba and Chair-A-Cise a chair exercise weight loss exercise program.
