Back on my legs after Sunday's marathon, with my eyes on the prize for November 15th: my first ultra!! Tapering for the next couple weeks and planning on respecting the taper....

Monday: rest day

Tuesday: am 5.5 mi run, pm trail run 5.5mi

Wednesday: did more than a few miles - 9!

Thursday: rest

Friday: TBD in the am
