What do you all have planned for the week?  I started PT for my shoulder with one session last week, so this week PT is in full swing at twice a week.  I also stopped my bhangra class for numerous reasons.  This week I've also got a random "run a 5k" in the middle of my training plan on a Friday.. 

M: yoga at home, (voice lesson)
Tu: 5k training, yoga at home, yoga class, physical therapy
W: yoga class, zumba class, water aerobics class
Th: 5k training, yoga at home, physical therapy, (choir)
F: tai chi class, pilates class, 5k training, yoga at home
Sa: REST DAY (or yoga)
Su: REST DAY (or yoga) since I've got my voice master class and exercise on the same day as soloing has proven to be full of fail

Diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder and started Vyvanse - 7/22/2016
Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

It varies depending on my mood,work, & the weather. I literally dressed like the character George from Seinfeld with my puffy jacket walking to the gym in freezing cold weather yesterday. Well at least it wasn't icy, just windy Brrr! So far it looks like:

S 65min cardio bike at the gym, 4 mile walk

M just walking to get 10thousand steps in

T 65min cardio bike at the gym, 4 mile walk (1st 20 thousand steps! yeah me!)

W 15 min cardio treadmill, 10 min weights, working to get to 10 thou steps, 1 more mid at job

Thur toss up btw 4 mile walk, then gym for bike riding, or drive to gym then bike riding & weights

F aiming for 20 thousand steps again

Sat rest/ light workout/weights
