This is a busy week for me.  It's amazing how I've come to prioritize working out..

Mon - yoga
Tue - 5k training and yoga stretching, yoga class, physical therapy for shoulder
Wed - yoga class, zumba class, water aerobics class
Thur - 5k training and yoga stretching
Fri - tai chi class, pilates class
Sat/Sun - rest - no training - due to my voice recital (exercise and singing do not always mix well)

Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Next Goal 145 - normal BMI | Total Weight Lost 170

12/1 resistance training in hotel room with those resistance bands/tubes.

12/2- my FIRST tempo run!  My 5K pace (on average) was 10:59.  So going to try 10:40 for 6 minutes...wish me luck

Wednesday (off)

Thursday (bodypump or cables).

Friday-Long slow distance on trails.

       

RNY Surgery: 12/31/2013; 

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

10:59 is awesome!  I'm still in the "yay, I'm under 20:00" category when I run. :D  But my last "1 mile fast" was 1:30 faster than the previous one, so I know I'm improving.  Even if it's SUPER slowly.  And running at 200lb is so much easier than at 300lb.

Just finished my 12th Half-Marathon today (12/6, Sat) with a 2:16:37, which is pretty good considering I'm still recovering from the 50 mile race 3 weeks ago... Also did some smaller races since then, on my road to recovery.

Only other running this week was Weds, 3 miles.

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.
