New class today: 20/20/20

I took a new class today that kicked my butt.  It's called 20/20/20.  20 minutes of cardiovascular, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of core work.  I had to do jumping jacks, and push ups...and planks!  UGH, I'll be feeling that tomorrow.

Sounds rough but worth it.  I walked on the dread-mill and then couldn't take the boredom so I ran a mile.

That sounds like a great class...tough, but great!! U will feel it tomorrow but so worth it!!!!!!!!
