This is a chemo week, so I don't get the range of activities I normally get.  Anything is better than nothing though, right?  :)

Monday - bowflex, yoga
Tuesday - walk outside?, yoga
Wednesday - yoga, fitness classes at parents' gym - I'm hoping for BodyPump and BodyCombat if those fit into the schedule
Thursday - walk outside?, yoga
Friday - piyo, tai chi
Saturday - yoga before spending 12 hours in the car.  I might do 15 minutes of yoga at a rest stop just to stretch my back midday.
Sunday - walk outside?, yoga, maybe swimming in Lake Michigan!

What's your week look like?
