8/27 5 mile run

8/28  4 mile BIG HILL Run

8/29  Rest day

8/30  11.75 mile Beach Run....

Once you can make it a habit you can do it.  it does take a while to get there.  I do my runs in the morning because if I said oh later after to work it would never happen.  Remember this is only for you so try to carve out some time.
