Monday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 7 miles MAF training.

Tuesday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 9 miles MAF training.

Wednesday - off day

Thursday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 7 miles MAF training.

Friday -5 miles MAF

Saturday - 9 miles maf

Sunday - 14 miles on the bike.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

I've been off the boards for a while. I have completed 2 triathlons, 2 aquathons, and I will be doing another triathlon on the 10th. :)

Monday - Spin class

Tuesday - Swim a mile

Wednesday - Spin class or run

Thursday - traveling to my mom's house 13 - 14 hour trip... ugh!

Friday - run

Saturday - run

Sunday - run

If I can find a spin class to drop in on, I will do that one of my run days. Hope everyone has a great week!

Mon - 5k run on treadmill (did my first mile in 7:53) finished in 24:56 mins. + 30 min Tabata Core class

Tues - 60 min step class + 60 min kickboxing

Wed - 4 mile run

Thurs - airport walking (rest day)

Fri - 60 min Zumba

Sat - 5K road race

Sun - 60 min Zumba
